Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and fair process for all our customers.

General Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all labels, tags, authenticity certificates, and invoices intact.

Products should be returned in a resalable condition without any signs of wear, damage, or use.

Return requests after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

Gold jewelry and products containing real gemstones or diamonds (due to purity and valuation)

Customized or made-to-order items

Personalized engraved products

Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Gift cards or promotional coupons

Return Process

1. Send an email to support@aabhusan.com with your Order ID, product details, reason for return, and clear images of the item.

2. Our support team will verify your request and respond within 24-48 hours with eligibility status and pickup instructions.

3. Once the product is approved for return, a reverse pickup will be scheduled through our logistics partner (if available at your location).

4. Alternatively, customers can courier the item to our return address at their own cost and risk, ensuring proper packaging and tracking.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, our quality inspection team will examine the product to ensure it complies with our return conditions.

Inspection can take up to 2-3 business days after the item is received.

If approved, the refund/exchange will be processed. If rejected, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes the quality check.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet).

Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account post-approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via store credit or bank transfer (after account details are verified).

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted for size, color, or style changes (subject to availability).

If the product chosen in exchange is of a higher value, the difference must be paid. If of lower value, store credit will be issued for the remaining balance.

Exchanges can be initiated using the same return process as mentioned above.

Only one exchange is permitted per order. Subsequent requests will not be entertained.

Return Shipping Costs

We provide free reverse pickup for the first eligible return per order (in serviceable pin codes).

For subsequent returns or if the pickup facility is not available at your location, you must arrange your own courier and bear the cost.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during self-shipping. Please ensure secure packaging and use a reputed courier with tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by writing to support@aabhusan.com.

Orders for gold, customized, or made-to-order jewelry cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once confirmed.

If an order is cancelled post-dispatch, shipping and handling charges will be deducted before issuing a refund.

Store Credit

In specific cases, we may issue a store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Store credit can be redeemed against any product on our website except gift cards or promotional items.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all customer issues amicably and efficiently. If a concern remains unresolved, you may escalate the matter to feedback@aabhusan.com.
